The invention relates to a foodstuff additive which contains at least one synthetic sweetener and at least one flavouring with a creamy taste selected from saturated or mono- to polyunsaturated fatty acids with 3 to 20 carbon atoms or esters thereof with aliphatic C1-C4-alcohols, C4 to C14 methyl ketones, diketones, hydroxy ketones, saturated or unsaturated aldehydes with 4 to 14 carbon atoms, gamma -lactones and delta -lactones, and to a process for its preparation and to its use in the home or in the industrial production of dairy and ice products.
