PURPOSE:To even the irregularity of luminance by forming an element part correcting the density of a current flowing in a light emitting element part within the same chip. CONSTITUTION:In addition to a light emitting element part 3, one or a plurality of P-N junction areas for correcting the current density (referred to as a current density correcting element part 4 hereinafter) are provided in the separated state of diffusion from the light emitting element part for every light emitting element part. In consequence, the irregularity of luminance is decreased by correcting the density of a current running in the light emitting element part. In order to correct the density of the current in the light emitting element part, the current density correcting element part is connected to or separated from an individual electrode 5. The current density correcting element part connected to the individual electrode is separated by trimming or the like manner, so that the current density is corrected. |
