PURPOSE:To provide a low-viscosity and low-smoking release oil composition needless in ester interchange even in the case of being formulated with a medium-chain saturated triglyceride. CONSTITUTION:The release oil composition can be obtained by dissolution of a mixture of (A) a fatty oil rich in monoenoic acid for its constituent fatty acid composition such as higholeic acid sunflower oil or high-oleic acid safflower oil, (B) a medium-chain saturated triglyceride, (C) a polyglycerin fatty acid ester <=7 in HLB number, (D) a sucrose fatty acid ester <=7 in HLB number and (E) lecithin or lysolecithin. |
