PURPOSE:To work a window frame by a simple forming method, simply perform joining with an aluminum sash by one step and show an appearance full of woody feeling. CONSTITUTION:This fitting construction of a window frame is provided with an aluminum sash 16 of which engaging recessed parts 17g or engaging projecting parts 17h are arranged facing to the indoor side, and a window frame 18 in which engaging projecting parts 19e or engaging recessed parts 19g are fitted to them, it is arranged so as to cover the indoor side and the opening part side of the aluminum sash, and joined with the adjusting materials 15 on both side parts of an opening part 12 through a bonding agent 21. The window frame 18 is provided with recessed parts 19j for bonding agent which are opened on the faces facing to the adjusting materials 15 and receive outflow portion of the bonding agent. The window frame 18 is formed by extrusion or injection molding of a mixture in which cellulose series fine particles treated by milling and supporting inorganic pigment thereon are mixed with resin material. |
