PURPOSE:To obtain the subject new compound useful as a raw material for a material having heat resistance and flame resistance. CONSTITUTION:A compound of formula I ((m) is 2-20; R1 and R2 are 1-10C alkyl, alkenyl, (halogen-substituted)phenyl, etc.). The compound of formula I is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II ((n) is 2-20) with a bis(fluorosilyl)acetylene compound of formula III in the presence of a complex of platinum or palladium as a catalyst more preferably at 60-100 deg.C for 5-50 hours under stirring, and then separating and purifying. The compound of formula II can be obtained by reducing the compound of formula I with a metal hydride such as LiH.
