PURPOSE:To provide the shiitake (Cortinellus shiitake) processed food capable of being eaten also by a man disliking the smell of the shiitake, and enabling to eat also the stem of the shiitake which has been wasted. CONSTITUTION:The shiitake processed food 10 is composed of sweet stuffings 11 and a sugar-coated base material 12. The caps of the shiitakes where both the facing parts of the caps are cut off is used as the sweet stuffings 11, and the sweet stuffings 11 are tightly arranged in the sugar-coated base material 12. |
