PURPOSE:To provide a ladder device which secures a speedy lifting capacity and stability by installing an upper ladder and a lower part ladder in a working state on a straight line and eliminating the formation of an offset portion in a continuous bordering area between the both ladders in terms of a ceiling housing type ladder device which forms a working state and a housing state with a motor-drive means. CONSTITUTION:One end of a cover 2 is pivoted with one end of the bottom of a housing frame 1 installed to a ceiling opening by means of a pivoting shaft in such a fashion that the cover 2 may be single swing. An underframe 4 fixed with the cover is connected to the housing frame with an angle regulation lever 5 as a means to regulate an opening angle between the housing frame and the cover. An upper part ladder 6 is stacked on and fixed with the underframe and a lower part ladder 7 is further stacked on the top, thereby connecting the underframe to the lower part ladder with parallel links 8. A rotary motor 9 is fixed with the inner side of the housing frame on the upper part of the cover at its pivoting position. The tip of a belt 10 sent out from each winding drum is spanned to a first rotor 11 and a second rotator 12 so that the belt may be fixed with the lower part ladder. |
