A positive-type photosensitive electrodeposition coating composition comprising (A) a resin component containing in a molecule at least one unit selected from the group consisting of an ortho-benzoquinonediazidesulfone unit represented by the general formula <IMAGE> an ortho-naphthoquinonediazidesulfone unit represented by the general formula on-forming group; and (B) at least one of the specified particular nitrogen-containing compounds. The composition is useful for the production of a circuit plate.
