<p>PURPOSE:To prevent water leakage in a pit by a method wherein a cutout device is mounted in a sealed state on an annular device having one end fixed in a sealed state on the inner wall side and on an annular fixing device having the other end brought into sealed contact with a piping. CONSTITUTION:A cutout rubber 21 is cut in a proper spot to surround a pipe 1 therewith. After the cut spots are fixed and intercoupled by means of an adhesive, the fixing hole 23 of a mounting part 24 at an outer end is fitted in a fixing bolt 16. A press plate 25 and a washer 26 are fitted in and fastened by means of a nut 27 and the mounting part 24 of the cutout rubber 21 is mounted in a sealed state on a fixing member 13. The bolt hole 23 of a mounting part 24' at an inner end is fitted in the fixing bolt 29 of a mounting member 20. Further, the press plate 25 and the washer 26 are fitted in and fastened by means of a nut 27 and the mounting part 24' of the cutout rubber 21 is mounted in a sealed state on a fixing device 17. This constitution forms a cutout device 61 for coupling in a sealed state, enabling reliable prevention of water leakage in a pit 2, etc.</p> |
