PURPOSE:To provide a cold storage system in which emulsion is reemulsified by a simple system without provided a special mechanism such as stirrer, etc., and which can be used for a long period in the system using underwater oil-in- water emulsion (hereinafter referred to as 'emulsion cold storage material'). CONSTITUTION:The cold storage system comprises emulsion cold storage material 2 having water, paraffin, surfactant and anti-freezing material, a cold storage tank 1 for storing the material 2, a tube 5 for conveying the material 2, a circulation pump 4 having the same impeller circumferential speed as that when the material 2 is manufactured, and a heat pump 3 for cooling the material 2. |
