PURPOSE:To remove efficiently extra oil adhering to boiled fishpaste and other oil fried food and to perform smoothly and without fail during the oil extracting operation the removal and cleaning of the oil, etc., taken from such food. CONSTITUTION:The apparatus comprises plural rotary transfer pipes 3.3' in different diameters installed slantingly with their lower bottoms being at different levels, scrapers 8.8' placed with elastisity on the respective upper inside of such pipes and, below the scrapers 8.8', the conveying means 10.10' equipped to convey transfer tubs, etc., to which oil, etc., is discharged, in that extra oil of the oil fried food such as boiled fishpaste, etc., supplied to the apparatus is extracted, while such food is transferred through the transfer pipes 3.3' due to their slant and rotating movement, by making the extra oil adhere to the face of the inner wall of the pipes and, at the same time, such extracted oil, etc., is detached by the scrapers 8.8' and discharged outside by the conveying means 10.10'. |
