PURPOSE:To select the operating state of a terminal equipment by detecting and identifying a kind identification and state identification or the like for a terminal equipment superimposed in DC on a signal line and making automatic dialing and receiving of a call. CONSTITUTION:A DC superimposed on/off command signal from a control section 23 of a mobile station 12 is sent to a DC superimposing section 14 to turn on/off a DC signal superimposed on local data to output a DC superimposing ON/OFF from a reception output terminal 10. It is inputted to a terminal 8 of a data terminal equipment 1, a DC separation/voltage detection section 6 detects repetition of ON/OFF of a DC superimposed voltage and it is fed to a control section 4. A call reception state is discriminated from the repetitive state of ON/OFF and it is displayed in a data terminal equipment and an incoming call reply information signal is sent from a transmission output terminal 7 to the station 12 via a DC superimposing section 5 to connect a path comprising a data terminal main section 2, a MODEM section 3, the superimposing section 5 and the terminal 7. Thus, the operating state of the data terminal equipment is identified. |
