PURPOSE: To reduce external radiation of a magnetic flux, and prevent damage caused by the external radiation by connecting a flat coil structure body containing two flat spiral coils and a coil to each other. CONSTITUTION: A coil structure body 2 is composed of conductor ring groups 4, 6, 8 and 10 and groups 4', 6', 8' and 10'. The rings 4 and 4' are connected by a conductor 12, and the rings 6 and 6' are connected by a conductor 14, and the rings 8 and 8' are connected by a conductor 16, and the rings 10 and 10' are connected by a conductor 18, respectively. A lower end part of the ring 4 is connected to one terminal of an AC power source through a conductor 20, and an end part of the ring 10' is connected to the other terminal of the AC power source through a conductor 22. In the whole positions of the rings, an electric current flowing in the rings generates a phase-shifted magnetic field on the inside of them. A space 24 separates magnetic fields generated by two coils, and forms a low radiation solenoid whose two phases are shifted, and crossover members 12, 14, 16 and 18 mutually negate magnetic fields generated by the crossover members, and magnetic fields of members 20 and 22 also negate each other. |
