PURPOSE:To make it possible to fix a sleeve to a holder on the barrel part of the sleeve by perforating plural hole parts penetrated from the outer periphery of the sleeve up to its inner periphery on the barrel part of the sleeve and fixing joint parts between the hole parts and the outer periphery of the holder by fillet welding. CONSTITUTION:The sleeve 16 for fixing the holder 12 on a case body 8 is formed like an approximate cylinder and the holder 12 is inserted into a hole opened along the axial direction. Plural hole parts 17 formed by perforating holes penetrated from the outer periphery up to the inner periphery are arranged on the barrel part of the sleeve 16 in the circumferential direction. The holder 12 is fixed to the sleeve 16 by inserting the holder 12 into the sleeve 16, executing the fillet welding of a joint part A between the end part of the sleeve 16 and the outer periphery of the holder 12 by a YAG laser or the like and executing the fillet welding of joint part B between the inner peripheral side edge parts of the sleeve 16 of respective hole parts 17 and the outer periphery of the holder 1..2 by the YAG laser or the like. |
