PURPOSE:To closely communicate a site operator with an operation supervisor in the case of maintenance and inspection of a power system. CONSTITUTION:A processor 2 of a command station for managing maintenance and inspection operations has operating procedure forming means 23 including executing conditions, its memory means 25, system state preserving means 26 for recognizing and storing a power system state from a remote monitor controller 50n, data transmitting/receiving means 27 for transmitting operating sequence, progress of processor 3n of an operating site, and operation managing means 29 for comparing the sequence, executing conditions of the site at the time of execution of the operation with present power system state due to the preserving means to decide possibility of the execution. The processor 3n has data transmitting/receiving means 31n for transmitting with the processor of the station, memory means 31n of the received operating sequence information, and operating sequence managing means 32n for indicating the sequence, guidance at the time of execution of the operation on display means 34n, confirming propriety of the execution to the processor and displaying its result and the guidance. |
