<p>The invention concerns a cabinet designed to hold electrical and electronic equipment and sub-assemblies, the cabinet being made up of casing elements attached to a framework of vertical, horizontal and transverse sectional bars connected to each other by corner connectors. In order to provide a particularly stable, secure cabinet which can, in addition, be manufactured and assembled extremely efficiently, each corner connector has guide elements and throughbores extending along the axes of a cartesian coordinate system, permitting sectional bars to be fitted on to each end and fixed simply and securely in place. Each corner connector also has a region designed to permit a base to be fitted and secured in place. The base elements are preferably made of one piece of flat metal material.</p> |
