<p>A fused polypeptide of formula X-T-(A-VIP-B-C)n-A-VIP-B-Y in which VIP is essentially the sequence His-Ser-Asp-Ala-Val-Phe-Thr-Asp-Asn-Tyr-Thr-Arg-Leu-Arg-Lys-Gln-Met-Ala-Val-Lys-Lys-Tyr-Leu-Asn-Ser-Ile-Leu-Asn, X is a marker protein or the peptide sequence Met-His-Gly-Cys-Arg-Ser-Ile-Asp-Ser, T is the peptide sequence Leu-Val-Pro-Arg-Gly-Ser when X is a marker protein, or otherwise is the sequence Arg-Gly-Ser, A is the peptide sequence Ile-Glu-Gly-Arg, B is the peptide sequence Gly-Ser-Thr-Pro-Arg, C is the amino acid Ser, Y is the peptide sequence Gly-Ile-His-Arg-Asp, and n is an integer from 0 to 31.
