The multi-functional electronic controller is disclosed in which a 16-bit microprocessor obtains the real component and imaginary component of an input signal basic wave component for a short operation time with a digital filter, and a program routine for calculating the magnitude of the base wave is incorporated therein to thereby reduce errors due to harmonic wave and DC component of a signal.
