PURPOSE:To constitute a suturing device so that an exchange of a fastener is facilitated, the main body can be used repeatedly, and also, it can be inserted into a viable tissue is a celom through a skin. CONSTITUTION:In the suturing device for surgery by which a viable tissue is inserted and held by a cartridge 7 and a cartridge receiving body 5 provided so as to be opposed to each other in the tip of a inserting part 2 inserted into a celom, and the tissue is sutured by plural fasteners and retainers contained in these cartridge 7 and cartridge receiving body 5, the cartridge 7 and the cartridge receiving body 5 constitute a tip unit 3, and are freely attachable and detachable to and from the inserting part 2. |
