PURPOSE:To obtain an excellent herbicide, capable of nearly completely controlling weeds before germination to those of growth advanced to some extent and sustaining effects thereof for a long period simply by spraying the chemical in a small dose and having high safety for paddy rice. CONSTITUTION:This herbicide for paddy field comprises one or two of O-3- butylphenyl N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridyl)-N-methylthiocarbamate or O-4-t-butylphenyl N-(6-methoxy-2-pyridyl)-N-methylthiocarbamate and 2,3-dihydro-3,3 dimethylbenzofuran-5-ylethanesulfonate as active ingredients. |
