PURPOSE:To provide a lens made of a synthetic resin having functionality such as surface hardness, fog resistance, etc., by a small number of steps and small optical strain and a molding method thereof. CONSTITUTION:A lens made of synthetic resins having small optical strain is obtained in such a warmer that two sheets made of the synthetic resin (A) are mounted on both surfaces of a molding die, the synthetic resin (B) welded to the synthetic resin (A) after mold clamping is heated and melted and the space between the two sheets is filled with the synthetic resin (B), a resin flow path is closed, movable cavities are moved instantaneously, and the lens is compressed from the surface direction of the lens, and molded. |
