Phytin is well known as acting important role in growing up of plant, and this invention discloses the method of preparing Phytin wherein yeast is inoculated and cultivated by using corn light steep water(LSW) or corn steep liquor(CSL) as a culture ground. Each of the concentration of LSW and CSL is 3-13Bx and 3-20Bx, and magnesium (0.01-2.0 w/v %) is provided in CSL culture ground. |
