摘要 PURPOSE: To conduct a routine test in vivo for an optical nature of the eye chamber humor in a method of not so troublesome way for a patient by making equal the central beam of beam pass in the primary side and secondary side from the vertical for the front interface of the lens of the eye, and arranging them to an angle in the opposite side, accordingly detecting a speculum surface reflection from the interface. CONSTITUTION: A device includes the primary side beam-pass 18 for irradiating a light into the anterior chamber 10 from a light source 19, the light dispatched from the anterior chambers enters into a detector 22 along the secondary side beam-pass 20. The central beams 18a, 20a pass through the cornea 15 in the right angle. That is an angle-αorβbetween each of the vertical lines 16a, 16b and the central beams 18a, 20a for the outside surface of the cornea 15 is preferably made smaller than 45 degree. Arrangement for forming an angel between the light source 19 and the detector 22 is made to detect a light component reflected from the interface 23 by the detector 22, and in order to minimize an interference by light dispersion, the central beams 18a and 20 are made to irradiate onto the interference 23 in the same angle-α.
