The oiling compsn. for antistatic polyamide fiber comprises 5-20 wt.% of mineral oil, 30-60 wt.% of isobutyl stearate, 5-13 wt.% of glycerine monoolate, 10-25 wt.% of polyethylene glycol fattic acid ester, 3-10 wt.% of polyxoyethylene alkyl ether, 0.5-2 wt.% of alkyl phosphate salt, and 0.5-1.5 wt.% of alkyl sulphonate salt. The obtd. oiling compsn. is useful for oil-treating of preparing process of the antistatic poly amide fiber, the step of after melting-injection before elongation, then improves smoothness and focusing property, quality of the polyamide fiber.
