PURPOSE:To provide a green sheet for a ceramic substrate, which excells in sheet strength and flexibility, without significantly reducing the thermal decomposability of a binder. CONSTITUTION:This is a green sheet for a ceramic substrate having an average molecular weight in excess of 30,000, an acid number of over 2, a glass transition temperature under 10 deg.C, and containing an acrylic resin soluble with respect to a solvent. |
