PURPOSE:To attain a processing without allowing a car from which charge can not be collected to pass, or without any congestion at a tollgate by guiding the car from which the charge is collected to a toll road and guiding the car from which the charge can not be collected to an exit. CONSTITUTION:Gate G1 and G3 for stopping a car are provided, the gate G1 which opens and closes a passage to the toll road is normal open, and the gate G3 which opens and closes a connecting part 3 is normal close. Also, for example, a line sensor or the like is used, and detectors DET1-DET7 which output an ON signal at the time of detecting the front part of the car, and an OFF signal at the time of detecting the back part of the car, and a number plate reader AV1 with an illumination set at the upper part of the road or the like are provided. Then, the car from which the charge is collected at an unmanned charge collecting booth 4 is guided to the toll road after a signal lamp S1' is G0, S1 is blue, and gate G3 is open. Also, the car from which the charge can not be collected is guided through the connecting part 3 to an exit passage 2 after the signal lamp S1 is an arrow, S5 is red, gate G1 is close, and gate G3 is open. |
