PURPOSE:To provide a current lead for a superconducting coil device, wherein Joule heat in the current lead conductor connecting an ordinary-temperature terminal and the high-temperature terminal of the super conducting current lead is decreased and the amount of heat intrusion into the superconducting current lead can be decreased especially in a superconducting magnet device using the conduction cooling type superconducting current lead, which is cooled with a refrigerator. CONSTITUTION:As the conductor of a current lead, the combination of a superconductor material and a normal conducting metal material is noted. As the current lead (a normal conducting current lead 30), a composite conductor, wherein a high-temperature superconductor material (an oxide high-temperature superconductor 32) and a normal conducting metal material (a metal sheath material 31) are combined as a unitary body, is adopted. |
