PURPOSE:To attain generating a pitch pattern appliable to a device synthesizing an optional voice like regular synthesis and being natural more than usual. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted so that a unit pattern cut out from the pitch pattern of human vocalization with a proper unit is stored in a pattern storage part 1, and the unit pattern suited to an input attribute is retrieved from the pattern storage part 1 based on the prescribed input attribute in a pattern retrieval part 2, and the unit pattern obtained by the retrieval is arranged on a time base in a pattern arrangement part 3, and the unit pattern arranged on the time base is deformed and the pitch pattern is generated in a pattern deformation part 4, and since the pitch pattern vocalized by a human is used as it is, the pitch pattern capable of expressing natural change and fluctuation, nuance, etc., being hardly generated with a rule is generated. |
