PURPOSE:To provide the electrophotographic applying device which adopts flash fixing, eliminates the need for separately providing a photostatic eliminator, is correspondingly less restricted in design, is low in cost and stably maintains good image quality by using a separated function type laminated photosensitive drum consisting of a selenium material. CONSTITUTION:An Ar laser line printer which executes fixing by using the Se/Te photosensitive drum 1a, a scotron 2a as an electrostatic charger and an Ar laser beam 3a as exposing light and using a flash fixing device is constituted to execute photostatic elimination by leaking light 8. |
