PURPOSE:To provide a laminated body of photosensitive resin compsn. having improved density, resolution and adhesion property by specifying the haze and thickness of a supporting film. CONSTITUTION:This photosensitive resin compsn. consists of a supporting film, photosensitive resin layer, and protective film. The supporting film has 0.1-1.5% haze and 10-30mum thickness. Haze is a value representing turbidity and is calculated by H=D/TX100, where H is the haze value, T is the total transmittance for light which is radiated by a lamp and transmits a sample, D is the transmiattance for light diffused and scattered in the sample. The photosensitive resin layer consists of a well-known material, and usually, it contains a binder polymer, photopolymn. initiator and polymerizable vinyl compd. as the essential components. The protective film is generally a polyest film or polyolefin film, and a polyethylene film is preferable considering the price, flexibility, strength, hardness, etc. |
