PURPOSE:To provide a low loss oxide magnetic material of small core loss and copper loss even if it is used for a transformer which is driven in a 50 to 200KHz band and a switching frequency of a high frequency band region thereabove. CONSTITUTION:The low loss oxide magnetic material contains 30-40mol% manganese oxide (MnO) and 5-15mol% zinc oxide (ZnO) as main elements, and iron oxide (Fe2O3) as a remainder, and contains 0.005 to 0.1wt.% silicon oxide (SiO2) and less than 0.10wt.% (not zero) magnesium oxide as sub-elements. PB4 of a conventional example and PB3 of an existing example are improved in the same tendency to a content of each of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide. Meanwhile, mua2 of the conventional example lowers to an increase of a content of calcium oxide and mua1 of the existing example hardly lowers thereto. |
