发明名称 MEASURING METHOD FOR CONTENT OF COMPONENT OF GRAIN AND THE LIKE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the contents of the component of grain and the like quickly by casting near infrared rays on a sample and measuring the reflected light from the sample. CONSTITUTION:Monochromatic light (near infrared rays) having high purity is cast on a sample cell 8. The grain-size distribution of the sample and the diffused reflection energy from the sample are measured at the wavelength of each optical filter 5a. The measured reflection energy is converted into the digital signal in an A/D converter 12. The absorbance is computed in an operating circuit 13 based on the ratio with the reflection energy of a standard reflecting plate 9. The absorbance data of the appropriate parts 3 and 4 are applied on discriminating functions, and the kind of the sample is discriminated. A calibration curve, which is used in response to the result of the discrimination is automatically selected. The absorbance data are substituted into the calibration curve. The content of each component is computed based on the calibration- curve regression expression. The result is immediately displayed on a display device 14 or printed.</p>
