<p>PURPOSE:To surely input data without inputting erroneous data by judging early whether communication can be satisfactorily executed or not in the case of loading a handy terminal on an adaptor. CONSTITUTION:When data transmitting/receiving processing is selected after loading a handy terminal 1 on an optical communication adaptor 4, host computer check data are transmitted from the terminal 1. At the time of receiving the check data, the host computer checks whether the data are in a prescribed format or not, and when the data are normal, transmits the check data. At the time of receiving the check data, the terminal 1 checks whether the data are in a prescribed format or not, and when the data are normal, transmits communication start data to start a communication state. If the check data are not prescribed data, a message indicating communication abnormality is displayed. After checking the message, the terminal 1 is reloaded on the adaptor 4 and data communication processing is selected again.</p> |
