Device for preventing the radiation of vaporising or calefaction burners with which fuel-oil stoves or convectors are equipped. The invention relates to a device formed from two casings made of steel or stainless steel. This device prevents radiation of the burners towards the fuel oil reservoir, towards the carburettor and prevents the overheating of the external panels making up the covering. The device preheats the air serving for the combustion; low-pressure intakes are welded on the casing situated close to the burner (4). These intakes are connected to the carburettor and to the reservoir by tubes (5) which are made of metal or of a temperature-resistant material. The low pressure created by the burner and the device draws in the gases and odours of the fuel oil which are contained in the reservoir and the carburettor. <IMAGE> |
