PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight composite panel excellent in heat insulating properties and sound insulating properties with high efficiency by successively laminating a layer based on a reinforcing fiber and/or fine aggregate and a thermosetting resin and other specific two layers to a metal plate having a large number of punched holes and subjecting the whole to press molding. CONSTITUTION:A layer 2 based on a reinforcing fiber and/or fine aggregate and a thermosetting resin, a layer 3 based on lightweight aggregate and a thermosetting resin and a layer 4 based on a reinforcing fiber and/or fine aggregate and a thermosetting resin are successively laminated to a metal plate having a large number of punched holes 5 and subjected to press molding to obtain a desired composite panel used for a floor. As the metal plate, a steel plate with thickness of about 0.2-1.5mm is proper and, as the reinforcing fiber, a glass fiber is pref. As the fine aggregate, sand or fly ash is pref. and, as the lightweight aggregate, an inorg. hollow particle such as pumice or a sirasu balloon is pref. and, as the thermosetting resin, a powdery novolac phenol resin is pref. |
