PURPOSE:To prepare a mannequin doll and body cheaply through decreased manufacturing steps by rotating a molding box made of a silicone resin or a glass-fiber reinforced plastic which is filled with a urethane resin. CONSTITUTION:A molding box 10 comprising an upper frame 12, a lower frame 14, and a cover frame 16 has a double-layered structure of an outside glass-fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) part 24 and an inside silicone resin part 22. The upper frame 12 and the lower frame 14 are fixed with bolts 18 and nuts 20, and, after a liquid urethane resin 30 of a non-foaming type being injected from an opening 28 into the cavity 26 of the molding box 10, the opening 28 is closed by fixing the cover frame to the upper frame 12 and the lower frame 14 with the bolts 18 and the nuts 20. Then, the molding box 10 set in a rotary molding machine is rotated to stick the urethane resin 30 on the entire area of the inside silicone resin part 22 of the molding box 10. After the urethane resin being cured, the bolts 18 and the nuts 20 are removed to take out the upper frame 12, the lower frame 14 and the cover frame 16 frame from the molding box. |
