PURPOSE:To improve preventing action on condensation by blending specific amounts of a plaster, a porous inorganic material and, if necessary, a perfume, a purified oil of wood, a mildewcide, an insecticide and a fine aggregate. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of a plaster are blended with 60-100 pts.wt. of a porous inorganic material such as burnt diatomaceous earth having 40mum-1mm average particle diameter to give a building composition. Then the composition is mixed with a proper amount of water and, if necessary, a perfume, a purified oil of wood, a mildewcide, an insecticide and <=30 pts.wt. of a fine aggregate such as granules of brunt diatomaceous earth having 1-2mm average particle diameter, troweled to lath boards, dried at normal temperature for a given time to give a building material having >=65% water absorption ratio and preventing action on condonation. |
