PURPOSE:To facilitate calibration by a change in abrasion rate by calculating the abrasion rate in accordance with the comparison of inputted first optical characteristics and second optical characteristics and calibrating the driving information of he device. CONSTITUTION:A transparent flat plate is arranged in a prescribed position and an aspherical (or spherical) lens face is formed on the surface of this transparent flat plate by controlling the operation of a plane mirror and aperture. The lens face is so formed that the boundary between a medium A and a medium B constitutes the aspherical lens by defining the refarctive index of the medium A as n and the refarctive index of the medium B as n'. The depth d at an arbitrary point C on the aspherical face and the diameter W thereof satisfy equation of this aspherical lens. In the equation, f is the focal length of the lens. As a result, the depth d is determined at integer times the abrasion rate and the size of the diameter of the aperture is so controlled that the diameter W of the projected image of the aperture at the respective abrasion depths satisfies specific equation, by which the lens face is formed on the surface of the transparent flat plate. |
