PURPOSE:To uniformly disperse glass balloon by covering a surface of the balloon with a coating material slidable for thermoplastic resin when an injection molding resin composition containing the resin and the balloon as main ingredients is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:Slidable coating material includes, for example, organic silane compound, organic titanate compound, or organic aluminum compound. They are used by dissolving it in water or organic solvent, and its suitable using amount is 0.001-1wt.% to the total amount of the material and glass balloon. The coated balloon and thermoplastic resin are pelletized to pellets by using, for example, a biaxial kneading extruder, and molded to a molding material by injection molding, etc. |
