PURPOSE:To obtain a method for manufacturing a laminated sheet and a coppered laminated sheet with excellent precision in thickness without exposure of glass and a void regardless of thickness of them. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of sets of laminating materials for a laminated sheet of a laminated sheet whose one face or both faces are coppered are layered through a mirror plate and further, a cushion material is provided on the one face or both faces, which are arranged between heating platens, pressured, and heated. The cushion material is a composite cushion in which a layer which will be in a rubber state at a temperature of 50 deg.C or above and below a heating temperature in lamination is integrated.
