<p>PURPOSE: To make it possible to pack fresh powder into a main vessel without requiring a fresh air pump, or the like, by the suction of the fresh powder from a second vessel into a powder recovering device by the negative pressure of a negative pressure source, then by the introduction of the powder into the main vessel in the same route as the route for the excess powder. CONSTITUTION: The powder spray coating device includes a powder supplying device 2 and the powder recovering device 10. The powder recovering device 10 is provided with the negative pressure source 12 for generating the negative pressure to suck the excess powder not adhered to an object to be coated, a powder separator 18 for separating the sucked excess powder from the suction air flow of the negative pressure source and a closure device 20. The device is so constituted that the powder separated from the suction air flow is returned from the powder separator 18 through the closure device 20 into the main vessel 6. Fresh powder 24 is sucked from the second vessel 26 into the powder recovering device 10 by the negative pressure of the negative pressure source 12 and is then introduced into the main vessel 6 in the same route as the route for the excess powder from the recovering device 10.</p> |
