PRODUCTION OF PROTEIN USING CELL-FREE PROTEIN SYNTHESIS SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To synthesize a sufficient amount of proteins by specifying the concentration of proteins derived from a cell-free extract in a cell-free protein synthesis system and improving the activity of the cell-free protein synthesis system. CONSTITUTION:The concentration of proteins derived from a cell-free extract (extract of wheat germ, etc.) in a cell-free protein synthesis system is controlled to >=15mg/ml. If the concentration is carried out, e.g. by concentrating a cell-free extract according to a general method, the rate of protein synthesis increases by about 3 to 6 times.
