PURPOSE:To utilize capacity of a system controller to a maximum limit while preventing an abnormal vibration. CONSTITUTION:An operation control system which can stably operate a power system has a power system having a power source 1, a transmission system 3, etc., and a system controller 40 for operating the power system by forming an operation control signal based on operating state data and an operation signal. An abnormal vibration preventing system of the power system is applied to this operation control system. The preventing system of the power system has a vibration suppression control system 7 to the control system. The system 7 inputs operating state data (AC voltage, current and a DC voltage, current) of the power system, applies intrinsic value analysis to the operating state data, decides presence/absence of abnormal vibration according to the intrinsic value of the applied result, and applies a vibration suppression signal to a control system 40 for a converter when occurrence of the vibration is predicted to suppress generation of the vibration. |
