PURPOSE: To provide the lighting device for the surgical operation microscope which provides a red reflex that is extremely uniform and high in contrast for a main operator and assistants, and has an opto-mechanically coupled observation lens barrel. CONSTITUTION: At least two deflecting element (5a, 5b) are arranged in a lighting optical path, so that a deflected lighting beam travels adjacently to the observation optical paths from the main operator and the assistants. |
