<p>PURPOSE:To provide the coming-off stopper of a terminal hardware in double to surely hold it and at he same detect the insertion failure of a terminal fitting. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal fitting 11 is inserted into a proper position, the terminal hardware 11 is prevented from coming off by a first coming-off stopper means 35, and when a housing 30 and a shield cover 40 are incorporated, the terminal hardware 11 is further prevented from coming off by a second coming-off stopper means 37. When the terminal fitting 11 is not inserted into the proper position and simultaneously the housing 30 and the shield cover 40 are incorporated, the elastic locking nail 36 of the second coming-off stopper means 37 becomes uncapable of being elastically deformed by abutting on the bottom part of the terminal fitting 11. The housing 30 and the shield cover 40 becomes uncapable of being incorporated because the shield cover 40 is caught in the engaging protrusion part 38 of the elastic locking nail 36.</p> |
