PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature dependency of outputted constant currents in a constant current circuit using a circuit element whose characteristic is changed by temperature. CONSTITUTION:This circuit is constituted of a voltage dividing circuit 1 which divides a power source voltage, and generates a reference voltage, amplifier A1 and a gain adjusting circuit 2 which detect the temperature change of a current value and converts it into a voltage value, amplifier A2 which compares the converted voltage value with the reference value, and calculates the changing amount, a circuit 3 which converts the calculated changing amount into the current value, and makes it feedback in the direction for canceling the temperature change of the original current value. Therefore, the precise reference currents can be obtained regardless of the temperature change. |
