PURPOSE: To provide an electrically programmable circuit in which leakage currents running between two conductors is virtually absent, and to integrate plural circuit paths without affecting the functionality of the circuit. CONSTITUTION: An anti-fuse material 18 is provided with added impurity for sealing a path in the crystal particle boundary of the anti-fuse material and increasing a band gap for limiting leakage currents running between a first conductor 12 and a second conductor 20. When mutual connection is required, a pulse with a high voltage is added between the first conductor and the second conductor, the anti-fuse material is allowed to have breakdown, a filament 22 is formed between the first conductor and the second conductor, and they are electrically connected. Additive currents are forcedly made to flow through the anti-fuse material for permanently setting the filament, and the circuit element and the first conductor and the second conductor are mutually connected. |
