PURPOSE:To regulate a position of an output mirror independently from other optical component and by a simple mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A housing 30 having an output mirror 29 is removably provided in a housing of an apparatus body. A guide 32 is contained slidably in an X direction at a center 30f of the housing 30, and an output mirror holder 31 adhered and fixed with the mirror 29 is contained slidably in a Y direction in the guide 32. When the mirror 29 is regulated in a Y-axis direction, it is regulated with opposed two screws 33a, 33b. The holder 31 slides along the guide 32, and are positioned with the screws 33a, 33b. When the mirror 29 is regulated in the X-axis direction, it is regulated with the opposed two screws 33c, 33d. The guide 32 slides in the X-axis direction in the center 30f, and is positioned with the screws 33c, 33d. |
