The invention relates to a multilayer laminate, which can be used in particular as a one-piece and multi-ply inner trim for motor vehicles and which comprises at least one sheet-like supporting layer (4, 4a), serving as a base, and a preferably pliable intermediate layer (3, 3a) and a decorative layer (2, 2a). The essence of the invention is the use of natural fibres as a filler (5, 5a) in a supporting layer (4, 4a) serving as a base, recyclable, thermoplastic material also being additionally used at the same time as a binder. <IMAGE>
