The invention relates to an apparatus for presenting pieces of information or the like, having two curved information surfaces which are arranged opposite one another and together form an oval-shaped cross-section. In the case of said apparatus, the intention is to provide a solution by means of which, in a simple manner, an apparatus of this type can be easily configured such that it can be varied, and can be easily assembled and, if appropriate, dismantled. This is achieved in that the two curved information surfaces (2, 3) can be braced in between two border-side elements (4, 5) which are connected to one another at a distance from one another, connecting means of the border-side elements (4, 5) being arranged between the two information surfaces (2, 3). <IMAGE>
